Booting up problems.

Hello. Just installed some new RAM into my computer. Went to power back up but no signal is being received by the monitor. I have tried a new Graphics card, tried different RAM, and also cleared the CMOS. It sounds like the PC boots up normally just no signal getting received. Also tried a different monitor.

Any ideas?
