booting windows from pen drive

If i bought a 4 gig pen drive, can I boot windows off it (this would be mighty handy for school

hmm, I cant have access to bios in school (obviously) is there a floppy bootup type thing?

I have a modified version of CS to run off pen Drives, problem is for some reason the .exe doesnt work on their windows systems
