BOOTMGR is missing after Windows Updates

Recently after installing some updates on Windows 7, when my PC restarts I get a message on boot saying BOOTMGR is missing, but when I restart my PC it boots up fine.

HDD is a 250GB Seagate.

Any idea what could be causing this?

No idea but have you tried running startup repair from the windows 7 disk?
