Just seen a new video showing off Physx and it looks very demanding. One of the PCs had a GTX 660 and was dipping near to 30fps when there was some action.

If that's in the Steam EULA do you really want to risk it? Sure they might not be acting in accordance with the law if they disabled your account but even when that's the case you'll have to wait to get your account reactivated and you might not get them to do that without taking legal action.

Indeed. It probably won't ever happen but for the sake of getting the game 2 or 3 days early? I can wait. I probably won't be able to properly play it until the weekend anyway.

I pass all recommended equipment for BL2, except for GPU, but I assume that is for the PhysX engine? I get 62 FPS more or less constant on BL1, so I assume it would be the same on BL2 without the PhysX enabled?

If your in the EU and plan on VPNing it i wouldn't risk it, steam eula changed recently mentioning bad things could happen if you do.
