Yeah, I guess it is. It seems to me like Lilith has transported Elpis somewhere and another Frosty siren is trying to stop her doing something. No idea about the robot hand with the bandit mask though.
 
I think one thing they do need to sort out is the legendary gear. It seems so easy to get them in Borderlands 3 compared to the other games that they don't feel special anymore. They need to become rarer again.

I do actually think I preferred TPS over BL2. I loved the mavity boosting and the Vault Hunters were probably the best squad they've ever had - Wilhelm, Athena, Jack and Aurelia were all brilliant to play. Plus it was really fascinating to see how all the stuff in BL2 came to be.

After buying Borderlands 3 at launch and it running like dog poo, I’m not buying BL4 until it gets a few patches at least.
