Borderlands £4.99 on GFWL

You only need to logon to the GFWL Marketplace Client to buy it the game does not need this GFWL client running one you have bought the game & downloaded it to your PC. All the GFWL Marketplace Client does is let you buy a game & download it to your PC that's it! All DRM is whatever the game already has included in the install files by the publisher (usually its online Securerom with unlimited downloads & 5 activations per month per PC) you only need to logon to the GFWL Game Client if the game supports GFWL. All MS are doing here is selling PC games like any other service so unless its a brand new game which has GFWL on its cover it will not require you to be signed into that service at all.

also in case some of you arent aware if you have any spare microsoft points you can buy the game with them, costs 600 ms points, bargain!
 
I got this myself for 600MS points I had spare instead of paying for it at the time. With regards to the DLC, I assume I would just have to buy it through the GearBox website? Finished the main game on the 360 earlier in the year but still prefer the mouse and keyboard for FPS style games.
