Borderlands and forced AA framerate

Hi Guys,

Just got Borderlands GOTY and I thought that with my setup I'd get constant 60fps at max with AA forced in CCC to 4x. But with smoke and stuff the fps drops to say 40s. Anyone else find this?

Minimums were in the 20s for me with a single 5850 back when I was playing it [1080p]. This was in line with the benches I saw for it at the time iirc.

disable mouse smoothing and and vsync that should help it did for me
