Borderlands DLC Level limit.

I have both of the DLC for borderlands. I think its the latest one out that increases the level limit. I dont see anyway of getting past 50

is this true? if it is how can i increase the limit? do i have to do that coliseum thing?

I think its the next DLC that was announced earlier this week that will raise the level cap

This, it also said the next expansion will be the biggest one yet
