Borderlands error?

Right, I purchased bordelrands a while ago and played it happily on 32-bit Windows 7, now when I've moved to 64-bit due to more ram (everything else is the same) I'm given the following errors:

then shortly after..

Tried different drivers, uninstalling, reinstalling, verifying game cache within steam and so on, so far on the net I've found nothing, since I'm using an intel CPU, this problem has mainly come from PC's with old AMD architecture, any ideas? :confused:

Not sure about that error but I played Borderlands start to finish on Win7 64bit without a single problem

Looking a bit closer, it just seems to be saying it can't find files. Have you managed to have the borderlands exe in 2 folders somehow or using an old shortcut? Maybe uninstall again and then search for and delete any borderlands files (apart from savegames)

Verified cache integrity of steam files? Try installing the Visual C++ redistributable again?

I had the identical problem over xmas.

I reinstalled the Physics software and another piece of software (cant remember name will check when i get home) and that solved it.

The installer should be in the boarder lands directory somewhere (cant remember of the top of my head)

Done that, no change, I'll try to reinstall my PhysX software too, along with GFX drivers.
