Bored - need new VMs

Currently twiddling my thumbs thinking about interesting VMs to install to ESXi on my microserver. At the moment I have XPenology and Windows 7. Is there any interesting VMs out there to fiddle about with just for fun?

Depends what you want to learn I suppose. I like having a PBXinaflash VM running so I can mess around with voice calls and setup a VOIP phone at home.
