Bored!

Is anyone else really bored of the games out at the moment? Crysis was ok for a while and looked all pretty and TF2 amused me for a while but in general not really enthused right now, what new shiny games are due fairly soon?

yeah im pretty bored at the mo,was really into cod4 untill my stats corrupted out of the blue and aint touched it since

guitar hero 3 ut3 and beer are getting me through the hard times though

Yeh. I'm getting that way now. Didn't like Crysis and played TF2 so much.

Yep all the good titles were out before Christmas and now it's just getting boring until Assassins Creed and Alan Wake. Just trying to finish a few old games atm like COH and supreme commander.

Also It seems that every server I play on COD4 is plagued with kids with attitude who bunny hop for the entire game with a P90...

There is an absolutely MASSIVE back-catalogue of games available on the PC - there can be no way you've played them all!!

Granted, the graphics may not be as good - but I personally think that the gameplay of older games can't be beaten!

Try looking back at releases from 2004/2005, and see if there's anything you missed first time round - you're bound to find something!

I found most of the current crop of games to be great single player, but crysis sucked hard at MP, CoD4 wasn't as good as CoD2 online (except when scrimming, when it comes close, but pub bashing in CoD4 is just crud).

Oddly, I've now gone back to playing CoD2 online...

go figure.

one of my all time favs was AVP2 - the marine section is sublime.

Spore does look like it may be fairly interesting, will have to wait and see. Guess it isn't all bad, did a bit better in my january exams without any gaming distractions
