Nice speech but I wish people like Boris would stop making the claim that GB won more golds per capita than anyone else. That would be Grenada (who also hold the title of winning more medals per capita than anyone else as well).
If you were to judge the medal table on a per capita basis, GB (29 golds from a population of 62m) we would be 11th behind Grenada (1 from 105k), Bahamas (1 from 353k), Jamaica (4 from 2.7m), New Zealand (6 from 4.4m), Hungary (8 from 9.9m), Trinidad and Tobago (1 from 1.3m), Croatia (3 from 4.2m), Lithuania (2 from 3.1m), Slovenia and Latvia (both 1 gold from 2m people)
