boris wins

Let's be honest, we all knew that was going to be the outcome as soon as Labour selected Ken Livingstone to run as London mayor.

How many seats did the Conservatives loose in the Assembly though?

Yep, and it was reasonably close, only about 100K more votes than Ken.

He was either going to lose or win by a small margin. It's pretty spectacular he won when you look at all the other results across London.

Ken has just said he won't stand again. That means Boris will lose next time, as Labour can field an untainted candidate without worrying about Ken going independent.

Edit : And said the BBC is biased against him.

Ken is so full of ****.

If he had bothered to even pretend he learnt his speech I may have an ounce of respect, but look at him. He's reading something which has been preprepared for him and appealing for some sort of weird sympathy vote.

He's pretending his tax dodging never happened, and is blaming it all on someone else. He's a pathetic little man.

I'm wondering what people in other countries thought about the UK having an election between two joke candidates for mayor of the capital city. It's a rather weird situation.

I'm not glad that Boris has won, but I am glad that Ken has lost. Maybe him and his clan of slobbering thugs, who also work as part time whores for Arab fascism (*cough* Galloway), can throw in the towel.

Compared to Hollande & Sarkozy, Boris & Ken come across extremely well!
