Turned on my of this morning and noticed I have yellow strips running down the screen and dark patches which sparkle, this only happens at 1920 x 1200 if I drop the res down it's fine. So is the card borked?
 
All sorted, tried this with another gfx card and got exactly the same thing. Switched my monitor off and back on and its sorted itself out. Weird one this, think I'll keep my eye on my monitor!
 
Could be dodgy cable/loose connection

Might be worth (if it happens again) changing the type of connection/cable
