Bose sleepbuds

ha, very glad I didn't invest!

TBH their wireless headphones suck too. On a run or bike ride the wind noise is crazy. My Jabra elites are great...!

I dont have a pair but did read the message. Other companies should certainly take note as that's a very well written response.

I had a Pair and they where excellent until the batteries just didnt charge past 56% returned for full refund.
I hope they continue with the tech and fix the issues because i would buy them again in a heartbeat.

Fair play to Bose for being open and honest by giving what seems to be a decent explanation. Pretty rare you see that these days.

What a load of old bull. “Because we wanted to help you. We still do. We always will“.

We wanted to make money from you but made a **** product so failed. We still love you but. Give us your monies xo

I dont think you can say BOSE actually intends to manufacture bad stuff.
All the research etc is also likely true to make a inner headphone work all night in bed.
Whys it strange they want to make money form that? The posted one of the best responses to getting something "wrong" I have seen from any company.
Better than the likes of Apple that just blame its customers.

Respect to Bose!

Other companies could learn a lot who sell stuff which plainly doesn't work

Never heard of sleep buds before, if they get the technology right I'd buy a pair

What I don't get is how did they get it so wrong?

BOSE is supposed to be a respectable brand... so release something that is clearly so badly designed is odd...

Surely they did internal testing? obviously not.

SoundSport? They fit great with the right earbuds but battery seems bad, maybe it's a perception thing but my £20 pair of wireless didn't seem to go out of battery as fast.

I've had a pair of Sleedbuds for about a year and so far they've been excellent, I'm sleeping better now than I have for years.

At this stage I've got no intention of returning them. I've spoken with Bose, they expect to have stock for replacements for about 5 months. If mine fail after that (but within the 2 year warranty) and they haven't got stock to give me a replacement set then they've confirmed that they'll give me a refund at that point.

They're headphones of a kind but they only play a limited range of sounds - you can't play music through them. I've always liked listening to the rain when trying to sleep so I use a similar sound in my Sleepbuds.

I'm going to look at alternatives and see what the options are.

Yeah that's fine I'm into podcasts at the moment I wouldn't be able to listen to music before bed anyway and I use ear plugs I never new there was sleep specific ear buds

Yes, they fit absolutely fine but you can't stop the wind noise and trust me, 30mph on a bike and you certainly know it! They almost chanelled the sound in...they're probably aimed for people who just live in the gym...

Samsung released a phone that exploded.
