Both AMD and Nvidia to produce ARM CPU's for windows.

Interesting, this seems like something that has been on the cards for a while behind closed doors. For example the 10th generation Xbox roadmap mentions potential arm usage.

I somehow don’t think this announcement is the reason for Intel’s stock price as Intel will only gain from this announcement.
 
It's taken so long that we could almost expect RISC-V instead!

Sure you can't start with an ARM reference platform but you are also not dependent on any future SoftBank whims.
 
Bit more googling has provided Qualcomm is in the mix aswell. This is more likely to happen to cheaper laptops with the big rigs we like being a long way off.
