Hi,
I was driving home yesterday and as I turned my lights on, they came on for just under a second and both failed at the same time. The sidelights and fog lights and main beam all work, so I drove home on fog lights and sidelights.
At first I thought it was the heat differential, like pouring hot water on a freezing windsceen that made them both fail. But I was thinking that's unlikely, because surely they're designed to turn on in cold weather!
Next I thought a fuse had gone, but having located the fuse box (finally), I've found that there's two fuses for the dip beam, presumably one for each side(?).
Can anyone offer a more informed opinion before I spend £30 quid on some new vision plus lamps please?
The car is an '02 Seat Leon 110 TDI SE
Thanks.
