Bottleneck ?

Im gaming on 1680x1050 Resolution, here are my specs

GTX460 768mb (OC'd to 850MHZ|1700|1900
AMD Phenom II X2 555 Black Edition 3.2ghz (OC'd to 3.5)
4GB G.Skill Ripjaw ram.

And Im getting lower FPS than I should in some games, according to the reviews, such as Far Cry 2 and CoD:WaW

Is my CPU bottlenecking ?

To answer Andi's questions:
Im not really experienced in Voltages so I havent tried that, but when I tried unlocking the 2 more cores and when Windows logo would pop, it would just keep restarting to that point. Logo, restart.

This is my motherboard:

Is there any chance at all of unlocking those 2 cores then ?

Or, at least 1 core ? Im not so advanced in this kinda stuff, could you point out what should I do ?

After ive unlocked them, it did say in the bios AMD Phenom II X4 B55.
So voltage, how would I change it ? I cant see anything in the bios. is it software related ?
