my full spec is

asrock 960gm-gs3
fx-8150 8 core cpu running at 4.4ghz ( tryed putting it back at 3.6ghz but still getting the same gpu getting used 99% why in game )
msi r7750 power edition 1gd ddr 5
8gb corsair vengeance ram
128gb sandisk sata 3 ssd
2x 500gb sata 2 seagate hard drives
600w corsair builder psu

thanks snips86x my spelling is bad i know :(

i have tryed on max setting and on on 1440x 900 resolurion and min settings on 800x600 and still get the same fps of 90fps and still on 90fps when doing a video on fraps

have tryed minecraft and it just sits at 100fps on min or max settings

same as left 4 dead 1 and 2 it just sits on 140fps

my frame rate is black ops 2 is 90fps spot on no ups or down and here is that Heaven Benchmark screen shot

Hi again, in BLKOPS 2 you can set your frame rate in the options something like 60>90>125>unlimited FPS + sync frame rate. Check to see what yours is set at, mine is set at 125 + sync frame rate-NO and also BLKOPS 2 look for search preference[bottom right of screen] when set to best looks for better servers with a high ping for you, helps keep the dreaded lag down.

i got it set for unlimited and still the same :/

yep thats all i was asking that if it was my gpu holding me back
as if it was im looking at ordering a new video card well hoping to get a good high end card for around £300 as i only got the 7750 as where i just payed out for everything to build up my rig

That CPU can balance a HD7870 in gaming performance
Overclock CPU will pare up with a reference HD7950
Anything better and you will be CPU limited and a lot

thanks thats all i wanted to know and i did have my cpu overclocked running at 4.4ghz but in the end i underclocked from the stock 3.6ghz to 3.4ghz it just to get some better fps as where the gpu was trying hard to keep up

think i will be ordering the msi hd 7870 twin frozr oc 2gb on tuesday :)

The HD7870 is not really the sweet spot on the market
For that money get a HD7950 just 20 pounds more and better architecture more fluid in games

Get it wile it is still hot :D

thanks for the heads up there :)

Also, go with Gigabyte. Loads of people have pointed out the fact they have a UK based RMA, which is a massive bonus if, for whatever reason, the card is faulty.

good point i got someone who wants to buy my 7750 but he dont have the money to tuesday but he is giving me £65 for it not bad as i only payed £80 for it

I assume you're playing on a 60hz screen, if so...why the need for more GPU grunt?
Unless you want to play games with very high settings and to push 120hz, the 7750 is fine for the games you're playing.

Looking at your video, you just need to learn to play them :D :D

i have got a liyama 22" with 75hz refresh rate tho im looking at going 3d screen in may

i do play a lot better a lot of the time but a lot of my videos on youtube i was just playing about with a old single core p4 lol
