pingwing 0 - parochial refers to parish/church and not to jails/prisons I'm afraid

Next (and last) week: Z - Zoo!

Difficult round that! Was unsure if mine would fly but I like the tenuousness of most of the entries, adds a bit more creativity rather than an on the nose theme like colours or numbers.

Thanks again Gilly.

Yeah, theme is very loose. I was going to go down a similar line DJ did with The Rock but found Done Time just before the deadline :)

When I opened the image for the first Straight Jacket I was gutted. I hadn't heard of the Anarchy brewery before and was sure someone would match me :)

It was a lovely beer too.

Many thanks for the update Gilly - and I'm chuffed to score full marks once again

Edit: Janesy B - that was my first choice and I think we're both lucky my local Waitrose didn't have it in stock :p

Not one Iron Maiden, I'm surprised!

I actually saw that and never even clicked :o

I'm a huge fan and never clicked either
That's what's great about this competition, sometimes the blindingly obvious is just too damn obvious! I had my bottle of Iron Maiden photographed some months ago and then I just kept seeing it in supermarkets wherever I went so I was convinced that it would be a low pointer. The one I posted (which was really good) was a beer I picked up in the craft ale shop I found when I was working in the midlands.

Happy with 5 points, I thought the link was strong enough but wasn't sure.

It was a great beer too, a nice and easy drinking Triple IPA at 10.5% :) Wish I could get hold of more.

I had a few from Mikkeller too (their character is dressed as a robber and is behind bars on some bottles) but thought they'd be quite popular. Especially after seeing Kenny post one of them in the Now Drinking thread.

Cheers Gilly

Thanks Gilly!

I had a choice of two beers for this one - Green Killer or Asylum. Liked them both very much, but thought Asylum might have been a little risky.

Guys, what are them Anarchy Brew Co beers like?

Can you buy them on the hightstreet, or is it online only, some go them sound nice.

Thanks:)

I ordered online as part of a larger order. Had a few others and they were okay but nothing really stood out as must buy again.

I'm surprised I got away with 5 points with it being in a supermarket and I found the theme quite difficult.
