I have a problem, either OCUK made a mistake or HIs or both or something is fishy lol
dunno what to do, i cant contact his either because i cant find a dam email address..

i bought the His IceQ X1900XTX from OCUK and it says on the box Turbo Edition...

the problem is i didnt get the Iturbo software with my card :( so i cant use it for garanteed 700/800 clocks.... i did however use CCC but i would prefer to use the Iturbo software so if anything screws up im still 100% under Warantee and also i want a complete product....

if anyone has bought this card did yours come with the iturbo cd ??
i need it and i dont know what do ...... OCUK please help..

as you can see im missing this software :/

HIS IceQ3 Turbo Edition X1900XTX.

Not sure but i thought that HIS did not not do turbo models of the X1900XT or XTX,thats possibly why the software isn't there?
Also nothing in the OcUK description mentions "Turbo".

Seems strange that the box states turbo edition but the doesnt come with the software. The one on the ocuk site though is the non turbo edition and states the stock speeds not the turbo ones so its not as if your been sent an inferior card.

The most likely thing is that its incorrectly marked on the box. The box for my sapphire x1800xt 256mb says 512mb on the sides and back but on the front has a 256mb sticker over the top of the 512mb print. Its probably just a stock Iturbo box that hasn't had the iturbo sticker covered up.

Well it states 100% on the box that this is the turbo edition i have.
either there wrong or i have bought a card that wasnt advertized correctly.
if thats the case RMA here i come.

The likleyhood is that the box is wrong, like i said the box for my 256mb x1800xt states 512mb but its not. The card you bought from ocuk is isnt advertised as the turbo one, nowhere in the description on the site states its the turbo model and it does state the clock speeds as stock xt-x not the faster turbo ones.
If you do RMA it then all you'll get back is the same card in the same box but with the iturbo sticker covered up as that is what is advertised on the site - a stock xt-x

yeh my x1900xt doesnt have a turbo sticker its actually on the box and it says optional turbo edition

the word optional means either yours is one or it aint and yours aint

Well on my Box it says TURBO EDITION on the side of it, not optional turbo edition...

so who has been screwed over. looks like i have.
unless someone on here that has bought the X1900XTX HIS turbo edition card can help me by emailing me the software from there black turbo edition CD

the software is only less than 1 meg in size. very weird i know becuse they put that on 1 cd lol but if anyone has the X1900XT black turbo edition cd can they image and rar the cd up will come under 1 meg and email me it please
i would be very greatfull to him or her..

[email protected]

The card advertised on the OcUK site is - HIS Excalibur ATI Radeon X1900 XT-X ICEQ 3 SILENT Heatpipe 512MB GDDR3 AVIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-052-HT)

This above is not the card OcUK sell. And if you are paying for a high end card, you should know its not the card OcUK sell.

The card OcUK sell (as stated on their website) is ....
http://www.hisdigital.com/html/product_ov.php?id=226&view=yes

YOU recieved the correct card by all accounts.
You may have recieved an incorrect box (or one without stickers covering the TURBO on the box).

If you RMA all you will get is a different box. But the same card (as i am sure until you recieved that box, you were NOT expecting the TURBO edition, as that is not listed on the OcUK site).

Take a deep breath & relax, all is good.

LOL, how have you been screwed over?? you bought a non turbo edition from ocuk not a turbo edition!! Where on the ocuk site does it state Turbo edition or state the clocked turbo speeds????? It doesn't it all states its a normal xt-x. You've got the card you ordered - A NORMAL XT-X - but its came in a box that hasn't had the turbo part covered.

Go on send it back and ask ocuk for a new box as thats all the difference will be when they send a new one out.

Hi there

There has been no mis-advertising here! Plus if you have used this product then you cannot send it back as OcUK have advertised exactly what you have got. If your so desperate to overclock the card then just overclock it with any software.

Who cares what software is used to overclock? The card doesnt exactly record a log in it does it? :p It would be a waste of money to the company to find out if it has ever been overclocked. They would rather just send a new card away.

I purchased 1 about a month ago. Mine says Turbo edition on the side.

But Its a box, OC are not advertizing a Turbo card. So you have got what they are advertizing, and what you purchased.

Now if you had recieved a Turbo card, then you would have got a bonus.

I can clock my card passed the Turbo settings easy, with no extra volts.

So Im affraid you got what you have ordered and seen on the website.

Its your miss understanding, not OC miss advertizing.

can any1 tel lme the clocks of a turbo x1900xt just to see if my card can do it, it said turbo optional on my box and its most likely you have a normal card jus that they use the same box for every card and just put stickers on for each individual card, most likely the stickers or boxes were used in the wrong places

Turbo clocks are 700/850 instead of 650/775. would have thought most xt-x cards will clock to those speeds.

dont think the ram will go that high without messing about with the voltages(i found lower is better with my ram), core should do that with either a small increase or at stock
