Buy from network provider = locked (unless you pay them to unlock afte varying time lengths/fees)

His feedback is 100% with over 100 transactions. No real reason to worry.
i have 200 odd at 100% , probably half of them for selling. but if i listed an iphone 4 and only 6 people viewed the add and it sold for so cheap there would be no way i would be sending it ! (this would never happen of course because id have good listings with proper photos)
and thats without even considering accounts that have been hijacked

You have to consider why it is so cheap.
I'd be concerned with someone selling it to make a quick few quid, then reporting it stolen a couple of months later to replace it. You end up with a pretty much bricked phone and no comeback.

I have over 400, a guy 'bought' my MBA for £1100.
Turns out it was a stolen account, money was charged back.
40+ days it took for PayPal to refund me, was a worrying time.
So nothing is what it seems on the bay' its why I stick to selling low-cost stuff and even buying I'm hesitant now.
