Bought a Wii today...

I'm going to buy another remote but is there anything else I should get as well?

I didn't buy any games as the shop where I got it was sold out but are there any 'must have' titles out at the moment?

Zelda, and I think Wario.

Id get hold of Wii play if you can, generally no more than £5 more than a Wiimote, but you get a Wiimote and a game for the price. Then youll need anyother nunchuck.

Got Wii Play with the remote and Wario Ware Smooth Moves but I'm reluctant to take the wrapping off of it because it looks rubbish from the box.

I'll be buying a component cable tomorrow.

I'm off to search for reviews...

The box does look rubbish, even the videos on youtube doesn't set my heart on fire either.............It's what made me put it back on the shelf yesterday. Tell us what you think of it.

Wario is well...hmm...wierd. It's very hard to say whether it's a good or a bad game. My wife loves it as the games are simple and very addictive - the gameplay from that perspective is very good. I quite enjoyed it, it's different from Zelda which I also got (and is great) but it's still good fun to play.

its good fun. great fun with two people but the single player reply value is squat with it taking all of an hour to complete.

I think its just slightly overprices, it comes in around £5 cheaper than the other games but I think it should be £20-25 rather than £30-35

I've only played it for 15 mins, but so far all text - a few "Heys" etc but no dialogue.

Subtitles only throughout the game. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, as some games where characters have voice-overs don't match what type of voice I think they should have. I'd hate to imagine Link with a whiney American accent.

hmm i'd thought multiplayer wouldn't be 'that' good as you can only use one remote.... ??

I'm playing the single player at the mo and am wishing I kept my cash for something else.

Hope the multiplayer is better or this is off to the members market or the bay.
