Bought an MSI 2080 Gaming X Trio with free two games; Redeemed them but Battlefield V is missing

Hello all

As the title suggests I bought a qualifying graphics card with two free games. I put in the redemption code in GeForce Experience and it said I successfully redeemed my games but when I go into Origin only Anthem is there. Battlefield V is missing.

Help much appreciated!

your best bet would be to contact nvidia either by posting on the forums or going through the live chat and asking them

you could make a new post in the customer service section of these forums but i think they would suggest you ask nvidia anyway

Has the code got a comma in it,separating what is in fact two code's.

How did you redeem your free game? I got an MSI RTX2070 and cannot fathom out how to redeem my free game
