bought Benq XL2420T, 2 dead pixels, no RMA, not happy!

Just bought a XL2420T via Benq online shop last week for £335, got delivered promptly, after an hour of use I found 2 dead pixels, but because they are "not in the centre of the screen" so the policy is 5 dead pixels are acceptable.

If I cannot receive a full refund, I would advise any protential buyers to avoid this monitor. Very unhappy experience. I have been using Samsung 20s then 22s monitors and Samsung TVs, never give me a problem. First time I bought something from Benq then 2 dead pixels and no refund nor return!

The representative said it will be very expensive to send it back to Netherlands so advised me to keep the monitor because 2 dead pixels not in the center is acceptable and offered me £20 refund ONLY...

I shot a BB Bullet at a laptop screen and it came back with a dead pixel. I wouldn't recommend it

"If I didn't get a full refund, I wouldn't recommend shopping with Benq"
