Bought my girlfriend a set of ghds for her birthday from the genuine website but have received an empty ghd box, looks like the tape on the box has been opened already so likely stolen by the carrier but obviously can't prove this. What are my options likely to be will I end up loosing out ? I have emailed ghd tonight but waiting on there reply.

The parcel was received yesterday afternoon Ive just opened it tonight so just over 24hours and emailed them straight away. It was from the proper ghd website so did not expect issues like this but hopefully I will be covered don't want them trying to say I'm making it up basically.
I wondered how long it would be till i got a reply like that haha
i didn't take the parcel in unfortunately, although i doubt i would have noticed the weight anyway as I'm not sure how much or little they are supposed to weigh.
