Bought i5 bundle cant get it to work

Have you tried to make another DVD yet? (this is much more straight forward than the USB method)
No offence meant but you seem to have been struggling with this for a long time. it should not be that difficult to either get it to boot from DVD or establish where the fault is. I think trying to make a USB bootable is detracting from your origional problem
Let us know what problems you are having in making the DVD and i will see what i can do to help. (where are you based - i have a trial DVD that will work).

Ive been busy today and havent had the time

Ermm i havent made USB stick again im just going to get my friends real vista disc to test out and buy a new dvd drive as the one iw as using was a friends.

Ive had this pc for like 8 days ^^and ive tried -everything- im taking it into a shop 2moro if the vista disc dosent work.
