Like it says really. Got a nice new kone [+] gaming mouse from an alternative retailer. Arrived promptly, but when I unwrapped the packaging the circular security seal was broken. Additionally, when I took the mouse out it had marks along the side where you rest your thumb, as if someone had used it for a decent while. The cardboard CD jacket was torn where you open it.
What the ****. Are retailers allowed to sell used DSR returns as new (guessing this is what happened here)? Tempted to call and get a swap, but with a wipe the mouse looks new again and it works. Major hassle.
