Bought RTX 3090 yesterday, or thought I did

Are these actual physical cards, or pre orders? It didn't say 'preorder' when I bought it, but it hasn't shipped yet, and I have been trying for hours and hours and hours to get through on the phone (I am convinced they have just turned the phones off and directed everyone straight to the "your call is very important to us, please wait..." message. I just want to know where I am with my order)
Can anyone enlighten me as to what is going on?

As stated here by @Gibbo (head of buying) all of the stock did infact say pre-order. You'll now be in a queue like everyone else.
