Bouncer license

You need to decide if you want to do static guarding work which is what I'd call a security guard, they're the people you see doing retail security or building site security etc or if you want to go into door supervision which allows you to do all the static guard work as well as work on licensed premises such as the pubs and clubs.
The courses and the badges are different for both but both around the same prices.
Unfortunately it doesn't matter to a lot of companies how good you are it's all about how little they can pay you so they can undercut the competition and get the contract as long as there's a body in a high vis to cover their insurance they're happy.
Also size isn't always a big factor it's more about how you come across, I'm only 5'6ish.

which one from that website http://www.emagister.co.uk/personal_security_courses_narberth-ev49-75152.htm
shall I choose to do door supervision which allows you to do all the static guard work as well as work on licensed premises such as the pubs and clubs?
regards

You don't want any of them, they're courses designed to qualify others to teach the courses.
You want something like this http://www.get-licensed.co.uk/doorsupervisor/
Personally I'd do the DS course just so you've got the option even if you end up just doing static guarding.
Also as far as courses go, just find the cheapest you start learning when you start working.
Saying that if you were closer I'd recommend the company I work for to do your training through as they're very good.

when the olympics finishes there will be 7000 odd staff from G4S looking for 'bouncer' jobs with their newly found SIA licenses

good luck

The job centre has already done a cracking job at pumping out prats with badges.

plenty of prats with badges to start with, hence i quit working on the doors. sick of getting stuck with people who seem to think its all a big jolly. as well as the dire state of pay around here for risking getting a pint glass in the chops.

I can't argue with that, I'm just lucky to have ended up with a good company working with good lads.

all being well il be getting in to static security if i can. been asked to go back on the doors but i just cant be bothered with the hassle.
