Box Cover arts not loading up on Origin help?

Anybody experienced this, it happened a few days ago all of a sudden.
any ideas?

I've never had problem but I have had pixelated boxarts until I mess around with the sizes

I forgot to add that if I change it to offline mode they appear again, but when online I get the above.

Lol already have steam, shud I try reinstalling Origin? but dont wanna lose my save files

They decided to appear again out of no where lol, sorted.
