Bracket

Wondering if I can get a bracket that would allow me to "suspend" a fan between expansion cards, such that it blew down onto a graphics card?

Don't know if you can get a bracket, but what about something like a Vantec Spectrum...

Interesting, thanks. That's kind of what I want to achieve but looking for a generic bracket onto which I can mount a fan of my choice.

I haven't seen one that allows you to attach that way. There is the Zalman that will allow you to attach them over the top of the cards, but I have yet to see one that does what you need.

I guess you could always fabricate something using a blank PCI cover as a base. Might take a little time and effort, but at least it would be a custom fit.

A Zalman fan bracket can be "made" to fit over the pci slots. I had one mounted over the pci slots when i had a pair of 7800GT's. It's now bent so that it is mounted on one of the support posts of my case and blowing across the mosfet heatsinks. In fact the metal is so soft you can bend it to fit just about anywhere.

What about an Antec spot cool. I know it comes with it's own fan but they are pretty good.
