basically, your nerves in your mouth send a message to the brain that it is freezing and the body sends blood to warm it up.

To stop it, push your tongue against the roof of your mouth, nerves feel heat and the blood is no longer forced towards your brain.

i dont get brain freeze either, i built up an immunity during childhood, i drank LOTS of chocy milkshake
