Hi all

Do any of you guys recommend a particular brake bleeder? I've tried the DIY type that is popular on YouTube amougnst people like EricTheCarGuy and ChrisFix but on my girlfriends Aygo the bleed screws are so small it's a pain in the backside. Want to do a complete flush as I've done the front brakes today and the brake fluid looks like it's seen better days.

Thanks

I have used an eezibleed with great success in the past (it's only fit one car I've had, a mk2 Clio), but if their standard range of master cylinder caps won't fit yours (they're for screw type cylinders) then it won't work at all. I have a one man kit also, but haven't properly used it.

The best option really is getting someone to pump the pedal for you. But, if the eezibleed will definitely fit your cylinder then it makes bleeding brakes an absolute doddle.

I just use the one which is a clear pipe with a clunk/one way valve on one end and a black thinner rubber pipe and clamp strap on the other. Then put on pipe into pickle jar, undo nipple, press the pedal slowly 15 times, top up, press 15 times. Close nipple. I don't know if it would fit your nipple, but the black pipe clamp strap has three holes of different sizes.

Thanks all, I'll pick up an Eazibleed as they're pretty cheap. Will make the fluid change over nice and easy.

The bleed screws are 8mm on the Aygo, and I'm guessing the nipple is around 6mm in size.

This is what I use, had no problems and as said it fits different sizes.
