Brake surface problems

Hi peeps, I've got a mk4 ford focus and I have an issue with a squeaking rear brake. I was told it was a warped disk and had it replaced but weeks later the problem persisted. I later found that the hub was damaged and had it replaced. Everything now looks right and there is no wobble when the wheel or hub is rotated but the squeak is still there. Its like a chirp chirp chirp chirp as I drive without braking. Is is possible I need another new disk or will it fix its self over time? Could the surface of the new disk have an uneven wear pattern in it? Would having the disk put on a lathe fix the issue?
Just looking for advice before I go back to the garage.

Could be the handbrake not releasing properly and sticking on?
Presumably that would be obvious to whoever replaced the discs and pads though.

Poop shield. Some people drop go to high and when they realise the drop the wheel on the poop shield, this rubs the disc. Get some thing long and push it away from the disc

Mrs Fiesta had a similar thing, although front nearside wheel.

Squeeling pretty consistently after a mile or so, but fine under breaking. Normally when cruising straight line 30mph or less.

I pulled the caliper off and the back pad so I could get a proper look.

Could not see anything obvious at all.

Gave everything a really good clean, reapplied copper grease in the caliper contact points, out a bit if red grease in the piston seal. Bit of brake cleaner on the disc, put everything back and it's sorted.

No idea what it was though.
