got a new pc from mesh brand new Nvidia 7900, and layign warcraft maxed otu settings , recelty i have been getting black graphical currputions, like long black lines coming from players and map mesh distortion. ppl saying to turn my direct 3d settings down but i should be able to run this !lol

Could you post and screen dumps of it to give us an idea what it looks like?

Have you tried downloading the latest drivers from Nvidia's website, Mesh could have shipped the PC using older drivers.
Are you Overclocking the card at all, if so turn down the overclock.
If not sounds like memory problems on the card, in which case you will need to return it :(

I have been to the nvidida site, but i ahve a newer version than the one posted, latest update driver is july! i ahve an august one.

any places that i can get the driver.

Assuming you are talking about World of Warcraft, rather than Warcraft1/2/3 etc, I run at maximum quality settings without any bother at all on my 7900GTO.

You definatly should have any distortion issues, I've used various drivers and never had that problem. Sounds like a hardware issue to me, quite possibly a faulty graphics card.

Any other games show similar problems?

Sounds like the cores buggered on the card, try different sets of the Nvidia drivers, doesn't matter if some are older than the ones you got, as some of the older ones might fix the problem, thats if it isn't the core on the card as said, but it sounds like it if your getting like triangle spikes and things, and the 7900's were buggered. :)

hwever im starting to think that it may be a memeory issue, possibly the memory on the g/c or the mromal system memory,
