Brand new radiators

You should flush them out with coolant or distilled water to remove any manufacturing leftovers. Don't use tap water as it could leave residue or cause minor corrosion.
It only takes a couple of minutes, and I noticed on my XSPC rad a pile of metal shavings which could have caused an issue if they got stuck in a water block.
 
Water plus a little distilled vinegar is equally decent, warm water preferably and plenty of shaking!

You'll find sometimes one is clean as hell, the next is full of flux and needs 15 rinses. It varies...
