According to the instructions there are only supposed to be 2 standoffs included (for mATX motherboards).

From the pictures it looks like a full sized ATX motherboard will fit without needing any motherboard standoffs to be installed.

ASRock B75M Intel B75 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Micro ATX Motherboard [B75M] that is my MOBO and i thought that all six holes needed to be filled and it just seems weird

Which position should i put the 2 i have in the one that already exists is middle left
and it is a spike like one not the same as the others

thanks for the help btw

In the pictures I have access to I can see that the mounting positions have letters next to them. You should just need the positions marked with a 'M'.

i believe to have found the correct positions but the MOBO seems to touch the case directly is this a problem it doesn't seem to connect to any component other than the silver circles but i might be a bit paranoid
first time and all that

Pictures would be very useful here.

Motherboard shouldn't be touching the case.. It might result in stuff shorting... (bottom of motherboard on side panel (well motherboard mount) - it fitting in the side is fine...)

Basically, line up the motherboard with where the IO plate should go. Work out which standoffs you need to put in from there..

If the board is only touching where the mounting screws are then that should be correct. It will be touching the case, but that's because most of the standoffs are part of the case pressing. You just need to make sure that nothing will actually be shorting.

The pictures on the manufacturer's site are fairly clear.
