What's the likelihood of Bravo ever coming to Freeview?

I'd like to watch some UFC stuff

The way things are going with Sky, it looks like Freeview is only ever going to lose, rather than gain, content.

Are there any legal downloads out there for UFC?

I'm sure I read in the SLY v NTL thread in GD that Bravo is owned by NTL.
I'm probably wrong.
