Breakfast and general advice
Hey all, just wanted some advice for breakfast and some ideas for different breakfasts. Currently I have 2 scoops of protein shake and 50 grams of peanut butter and a bannana Its quick easy and keeps me full till midday or so. But is this a good breakfast for someone who wants to loose some podge? Its around 600 calories..
My daily intake is currently 2,000 calories around 120 grams of carbs, 180grams of protein and about 90 grams of good fats this is for a 6ft2 96kg bloke with about 20% bfhave a desk job so not that active till I get home but I do cardio for 45 mins 3 times a week + 3 gym sessions. Hopefully when I sort mu sleepimg out ill get some morning skipping thrown in or sunday swimming sessions.
