So the last thing to get right in my diet is my breakfast.
Currently I am having cereal(Good and Counted) with Almond Milk (unsweetened).
I am not much of a porridge fan but would be open to suggestions if a good unsweetened version was okay and I could add something to it to sweeten like honey.
Currently I am on a 1500 max diet including lots of veg, pulses, nuts, lean meats and fish so have that part fairly nailed.
Any suggestions?
