Brewing kits...

Afternoon chaps,

My friend and I are looking into buying a kit each come pay day next monday and brew them until Boxing day when we will compare our creations.

Has anyone become a master at this with certain kits, any advice?

Not really sure what to ask other than where to get kits, any extras that I might need to purchase and as above, any advice?

Nope, not a thing. Hence why I am thinking about a noob bre kit
