...it has come to me that Brian Blessed is the most suitable candidate for prime minister of Britain. This man has done more in his life than 100 ocuk posters combined, some of his terrific accomplishments I have listed below.

In his youth he loved boxing and claims to have sparred with the Dalai Lama.

Blessed has attempted to climb Mount Everest three times, attaining heights of 28,200 feet (8,600 m) in 1993 and 25,200 feet (7,700 m) in 1996.

He is also the oldest man to trek to the North Magnetic Pole on foot, and has undertaken an expedition into the jungles of Venezuela, during which he survived a plane crash. (  )

On 19 January 2015, Blessed collapsed on stage during a performance of King Lear with the Guildford Shakespeare Company, in which his daughter Rosalind was also acting. He received medical attention from a doctor in the audience and returned to the stage to complete the play 20 minutes later. :D

...

So I am going to make a Kickstarter for Brian Blessed to become PM and donate all proceeds to Brian Blessed himself.

Will he say 'Hawkmen! DIIIIIIVVVVVVEEEEEEE!' at every PMQ's? If so I would vote for him. Would be awesome for him to shout across the house 'SIT DOWN CAMERON! YOU TOO BALLS!'

He'd get my vote due to his beard alone.

All this talk about budget, NHS, Trident and the likes? Who cares, if he's got a beard like that he can't be wrong.

You missed out on him punching a polar bear!

And the reasons for his climbing failures, rescuing others who had been left to die.

sounds no less qualified than any other candidates and no doubt would have the same army of advisors telling him what to do.

PM is just a figurehead

PMQ' would take a lot less time

it would take the entire opposition to shout him down!

This IMO. I've always thought that its the unelected, unaccountable & totally corrupt bureaucrats In Whitehall & Brussels that are running this country (into the ground)
