Ex-Rangers player Brian Laudrup has been diagnosed with cancer

Former Rangers and Chelsea footballer Brian Laudrup has been diagnosed with cancer.

The 41-year-old Dane, who played for the Glasgow team from 1994 to 1998, is suffering from a mild form of lymphoma.

I always thought as a player he was in the shadow of his older more successful brother but I remember both in their day were excellent footballers. Horrible news really, I hope he has a speedy recovery.
