Brie on toast?

At uni my housemate couldn't cook. He lived off microwave chicken wings/nuggets/chips, malt loaf and brie on toast... also made in the microwave. Since then the very thought has put me off but I guess if you had some decent bread and maybe a sweet chutney of some sort (or cranberry sauce) to go with it you could actually make it quite a gastronomic delight.

My favourite uses for Brie other than with those wholemeal crackers with the little black seeds in are-

Thin slices of Brie and Chorizo on a slice of good baguette with a basil leaf and a drizzle of good olive oil.

Turkey sandwich on a wholemeal baguette with iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes (sprinkled with celery salt), mayonnaise and american mustard... oh and plenty of cracked black pepper. Then comes the last two ingredients that make this sandwich so good... spread a few dollops of Brie here and there and add a few thin slices of red bell pepper. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
