Say someone would like to bring some of Cohiba Esplendidos bought legitimately in the UK with them on holiday to the US. I'm not talking about many, 5 or 6 at the most.
I know that the only way Cuban cigars can be brought into the US legally is if by a US citizen travelling back from legitimate business in Cuba.
My question is, if the bands are taken off, I can't think of any way to distinguish the cigars as Cuban. Has anyone ever done this and if so did it cause any problems?
Thanks
