Bristol Area: Freeview issues

is anyone else locally not getting any MUX D channels

these include film4, 4music etc

i have retuned my box tna.

In Bristol here, neither of those channels are working atm.

i did a full factory reset on my box and it's fine now. a plain channel rescan wasnt enough

Just checked and I can receive both (Clifton). I had to do 2 rescans yesterday for ITV channels. My neighbour bought a digital TV some time ago and all was ok until the 2nd part of the digital switchover and then she had a lot of problems with BBC4. She is a pensioner so I gave her an old digibox and it solved the problem but it's annoying for older people to have to rescan their tvs with such regularity.
