My son gave me his Altberg Defender boots when he left the army several years ago.

Great dog walking boots so decided to buy a new pair , but was confused as to what "COMBAT HIGH LIABILITY" means in the description for these.
He has not got a clue and searching tinternet does nor reveal much.

So presume it means in a combat situation , tough luck if it falls apart.
or if it fails in combat you can sue us as much as you like.

jeeze well it took them long enough to start issuing sensible boots

the defenders are decent and plenty of people would buy them for themselves back when they weren't issued, even then they had to be black (which was a little bit silly)

I still have my black horrors as the new brown ones aren't stocked in my size here :( They're so old they're like slippers now though - but when they're new you would not be walking your dog in them.
