Brittish telecom throttling?

For those people who use BT for their ISP do you know if they throttle Bittorent traffic at times of the day?

I use Utorrent as a client and they seem to throttle the traffic every day from about 5pm till some time in the early hours of the morning which can be really frustrating.

can anyone verify if they do?

Yes they do at all times,there is a way around this though, mail me through my trust and i will mail you how to get round the throttling.
If i post here not sure if i will be breaking the rules.

If you mean enabling encryption, then of course it's within the rules.

i would like to know how to do this as it does my head in with BT with peak times. i cant download anything.

Open uTorrent (2.0) -> Options -> Preferences -> BitTorrent -> Protocol Encryption -> Enabled / Forced.

I use Rapidshare downloader, dont deal with Torrents anymore.
