Hi all

I have been with a certain company for my broadband since our exchange was upgraded in February 2005. Through their own internal errors ( i assume) i have never been billed a penny for my connections, but the service has been 100% uptime all the time.

I am looking now to change supplier so i can take advantage of broadband max, however what do i do.

I understand to change supplier i need a migration number. So do i go to my supplier to get the number? Will this alert them to the fact i have had broadband free for 18 months?

Or do i just go to a new supplier and say i have never had broadband?

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks

If you go to anoyone else they will need a MAC as ADSL is enabled on the line, and no other provider can do anything with it unless it's removed or migrated. Yu are best of going to the existing supplier as if they've only got 3 months to request payment after that they can't unless certain conditions are met (eg the reason they were unable to make the request was infact due to you).
